Click "Open." To save it, click save and save it in a location and then open it
Enter Password... it is the items that Page deliver to many Congressional offices with certificates and
after that they can leave work early. Lowercase and plural.
Five letter Password
Click Enter and it will show up in the BY PAGE browser window... NOT in the Excel Window... you can actually
exit Excel (unless you are opening the file from a saved location on your computer... then it will be in the Excel Window).
You can change the View of this under the VIEW option on the top FILE bar.
If you look at the bottom of the screen, you will notice tabs with "Fall," "Fall No Address," "Full Year," etc.
Each of these tabs contain exact what they say. Right now you're looking at the Fall list. Let's say we don't
want to see the addresses...
Ta-DA... two pages of Pagely bliss with AIM, E-Mail, and Phone. Ain't that purrty. Ok... Let's
say you are a full-year Page, so you want to call up one of the spring kids after you talk to some Fall people... Go down
to the tab at the bottom and hit "Spring." We're also sending a letter, so we need the addresses
Wow... you are becoming a Pro at this. Now that you understand how to switch between the different
sections that are offered, let's move to actual printing. Let's go to "FILE..."
Click Print. So tough, I know
As it stands, you can just hit PRINT, and you have a copy of the Spring Pages with addresses. If you focus on the
lower left corner of the box, you'll see "Print What." If it says "sheet," it will only print that section of the Workbook.
So whichever category you are looking at (Fall/Full Year/Spring Addresses/No Addresses or Misc.) it will ONLY print that part.
Though it'll be anywhere from 1-4 pages.
Let's say you want to print it all out... have the entire list at your fingertips and to get to know the Pages you never
served with...
Chose "Entire Workbook". This will print all the sections for you to have
Congratulations... You now can print and view the Page Contact List.
